Why we migrated our support system
4 Jul 2011Earlier today we migrated our support system to a new platform and rolled out a minor update which makes it easier for customers and users to provide feedback and get support.
We’ve noticed a lot of activity on DesignSvn and feature requests are constantly growing. In order to accomodate these new needs we have migrated our support platform to offer the ability for all users to request new features and provide suggestions publicly. Other users can view your suggestions and vote on them. Status updates are also provided so all users are aware of what is actually going on.
In addition, we’ve made it easier and faster for users to get support or provide any feedback by adding a small “Feedback & Support” tab which is visible to all logged in users. Clicking this tab will open a widget which allows you to request support or submit any feedback you might have in mind.
Finally, if you have any suggestions or feedback please submit your idea via our support platform. We’re keen in improving the service and would like to hear what you have in mind.
